Title: Physician Assistant PA-C

Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Hire

Setting: Outpatient - Orthopedics, Upper Extremity

Location: Catonsville, MD (and Columbia, MD as needed)

Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, Day Shift and no on-call

Pay: pay based on experience between $110,000-140,000 plus a full benefits (PTO, paid holidays, retirement with employer match, profit sharing, CME, STD, LTD, health, dental, vision insurance

The Physician Assistant duties to include but may not be limited to:

• Provide comprehensive health care services under the direction and supervision of an assigned physician
• Perform complete physical exams and dictate finding in the EMR as well as establish a diagnosis, create a treatment plan, order additional and/or selective studies
• Administering injections
• Instruct patient on medications and treatment instructions providing patient with education in the use of braces or at home exercises given
• Triage patient telephone calls, answer questions and provide consultation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Physician Assistant license in the State of Maryland required
• DEA & Maryland Controlled Substance license required
• Must be comfortable floating to the Columbia, MD office as needed as well
