Oregon Medical Group’s primary care providers, pediatricians and specialists are devoted to providing convenient, coordinated and comprehensive medical care to the people of Eugene, Springfield and Lane County.
Convenience: We know that if we make it easy to see a doctor, our patients will be healthier. To help, we offer appointments in 10 locations across the community, including an After Hours clinic that offers evening and weekend appointments and two NOW Immediate Care walk-in clinics. Company History
Our first clinic opened in 1988 after a small group of practicing Lane County physicians envisioned a patient care model directed by doctors rather than traditional managers. Although good management would be important in order to sustain the clinics and ensure quality service, the providers adopted a model that would always put patient outcomes first.
This sounds easy enough, but the approach was ground-breaking. It meant full buy-in by everyone on the team, and a deep commitment that would take a long view, rather than being satisfied with short-term successes. Over the years, this physician-led and patient-directed approach has made it easy to act on the best interests of our patients.
